Develop the processes and tools for delivering total building lifecycle BIM models to owners and facilities teams.
We work with our owner clients proposing BIM adoption strategies and solutions to maximize the operation and management of their facilities. Services include:

• Assist to identify facility management data needs and use-cases through data requirements analysis.
• Assist to define specifications for required FM data.
• Propose strategies for collection and delivery of FM data using a spreadsheet-based approach or a BIM-based approach.
• Develop BIM-FM guidelines and standards.
• Monitor compliance with BIM-FM contract requirements.

Support A/E/C in Implementing Solutions for Development and Delivery of BIM-FM to their Customers
We work with the A/E/C industry to support development and delivery of BIM-FM solutions to their customers as per the contractual requirements. Services include:

• Facilitate and manage FM data capture, exchange and handover to owner using various tools and formats that ranges from tools for data input and export to spreadsheets and SQL platforms to the use of model plugins for direct link of the FM data to the CMMS.
• Facilitate and manage the import and load of FM data to the CMMS.
• Provide advice on technologies and software implementation relative to BIM-FM.
