BIM-FM for Contractors

Manage the Delivery of an FM-Capable BIM

We will manage the preparation and delivery of an FM-capable BIM for contractors and subcontractors as per the requirements of the owner’s BIM-FM standards.

Specifically, our services to our contractor and subcontractor clients will include:

• Manage Contractor/Sub-contractor Model Data
• Capture facility data from plans and submittals and populate required information into the BIM
• Deliver facility information using various formats including proprietary format (owner-defined) or open standards (COBie).

• Customize Model Geometry

Customize geometry of as-built BIMs by including operationally useful and systems-centric viewpoints and search sets as per the requirements of the owner’s BIM-FM standards.
